I'm not feeling so high on my upswings or so low on my low tides. I'm
manic depressive and I lift to feel better, but it works for everybody.
Once you get yourself addicted it's easier to keep up, because lifting
improves your mood, and your body knows it. I find it best to do
something every day. It's easiest to addict yourself this way, so find
something physical to do every day. It will make you a happier person.
I mean it.
