What exercises are you doing? Is it just the one arm or both? One
would, hey, by my way of thinking, indicate a muscle pull. What kind of
split are you doing?

Inquiring minds...

Okay, thanks for that info.

Well, there's regular, to-be-desired muscular ache as a result of a
hard workout and then there's "OUCH! What the hell did I do NOW?"
pain. So, you have to decide. I wish I had an answer for you. I'm
actually nursing a back injury, but there's no doubt that it's not the
to-be-desired muscular ache variation. I pulled SOMETHING.

Wishing you a full and speedy recovery.

Sounds like you pulled a back muscle when you were having your rectum
wrecked. Tell your BF to lose a few pounds.

A workout creates micro tears of the muscle. This creates a warm feeling
(really a fever in the muscle) and an ache. There is also some
inflammation during and after heavy work.

Your body adapting to this stress is what creates the training effect
you are hoping for.

it? i made a blog that i really hope will help and motivate you to
achieve this goal www.superrippedabs.blogspot.com* The key to getting
abs is through Patience and Persistence. If you put your mind to it
you can achieve anything (i know, its cliche, but very true!)
