Given that I'm almost convinced that all supplements are an incredible
waste of money as well as time, it may seem odd for me to seem
concerned with the following trivia, but, hey, even if you're consuming
PLACEBOŽ Brand supplements I imagine you'd want to get every
gram-per-penny's worth of your purchase price, right?
With that in mind, if you're using Vitargo-CGL
<http://www.nutrex.com/vitargo.html> then you might be familiar with
clumping. I've been mixing orange juice, two scoops of Vitargo and then
a shot or so of water. The product tastes pretty darn good, however, it
remains in suspension not worth a diddly darn, imo. Maybe a third of a
scoop of clumped Vitargo would remain on the walls of the pitcher.
Well, well, well, call me Emeril because I've solved the problem of
this particular dilemma (or at least reduced the fraction from 1/3 to
1/16 or so of a scoop - ball park) with the inclusion of a 8 oz (227g)
of yogurt to the mix.
Yes, about two cups of o.j., then the yogurt, followed by two scoops of
Vitargo, then that shot or two of water on top and then attack it all
with the Oster on grate then blend and, presto-zingo, you've got
yourself a tasty little blender drink without the clumping (for the
most part).
THIS IS BASED IN SCIENCE, PEOPLE!
I read it in Placebo Journal.
No, really.
