Default Are Bodybuilders Gay?

I saw Midnight Cowboy and the old gay dude had a bunch of bodybuilding
magazines in his night-stand when he tried to get sex with Jon Voight.

I always have wondered if most bodybuilders are gay. It seems like most
female bodybuilders are lesbians, but what about the guys? Was Arnold gay?
He mentions that men offered to pay him for sex when he came to America. Did
he do it? Was he a switch-hitter?

Have any of you bodybuilders got an opinion about this? Are most of you gay?
Have you seen a lot of homosexuality in bodybuilding? Is that good or bad?

I know you guys have to oil each other down before a show. You also have to
shave your legs, arm-pits, chest, etc. Does that mean you are gay? Is it gay
for a man to shave his legs and armpits?

Do I have to turn Gay in order to become a bodybuilder? I know most of the
bodybuilding shows are run by older gays. I read that book "Muscle" and the
author said that the guys who won were usually giving blowjobs in the
dressing rooms.

Depends on one's issues.
JMW, for example, can't get laid/blown by any females (at least not females
with teeth, and not even female inmates), but that doesn't make him gay.
Largely, cuz, in his case, he is still getting occasional breast feedings
from his mom.

I thought Rob was gay, since he competed in many Bodybuilding shows and guys
used to oil him down and inject his ass with Testes.

I shave down completely, except for some pubic hair.
Than i take a shower, use a moisterizer to soften the skin even more.

Than i take one of my girlfriend thingys, and wear it.
Which will be underneath my jogging pants and sweatshirt.

Than, i go to the gym, and will often start sone very macho, woman
unfriendly, and racist conversations.

If they only knew...

I think the perception is that Gay men are vain mostly only being
attracted to superficially to physical beauty.
Michelangelo who apparently was a gay man set the standard which with
he's statue of David, it has it has become regarded as a symbol both
of strength and youthful human beauty.
One, which many bodybuilders aspire to, also being only fixated on
appearance as bodybuilders often are, can appear similar to the vanity
exhibited by some homosexuals.
However a cut body might be the object of desire for both the body
builder and the homosexual, the thing that they want to do with said
body might be quit different.
Posing in your underpants might seem gay to some people, but not as
gay as shoving a fist up "Said Body's" asshole.

The people in a magazine dont have to be gay for gay people to read said
magazine.

Not to my knowledge, I know many people who knew him personally "back in

Really? All those shows I have judged, attended, and covered for the
magazines, and not one old gay guy running the show. Gay people exist in
bbing as they do in all sports and (gasp) other parts of society. Playgirl
for example is read by gay men mostly, not women. I dont find the % of gay
people in bbing and higher than the general population, but amazingly, gay
people dont wear a special gay hat or what ever at the shows so we know
"us" from "them."

An unsurprising number would be 75-80%.
A surprising(ly) high number would be 98-99%.

I'd like to point out, once again, that MFW is not a newsgroup whose
purpose is to hook up same-sex couples.

And while it is sometimes a challenge trying to determine what the
purpose of MFW is, Jack ...

.... you'll probably have more success meeting someone elsewhere.

Once again Little Willy Brink demonstrates his woolly liberalism and
adherence to contemporary political correctness. As usual he is
completely wrong and is just being sarcastic, defensive and conformist
to his liberal creed.

There is something woefully oxymoronic about modern-day Liberals, who
have a strict set of rules for all our thoughts, words and deeds, and
who want all those who don't agree with them to be forced to do so!!

What kind of liberalism is that?

Little Willy's typing skills are not the culprit for the majority of
his poor presentation.

The *real* problem is that he is poorly educated; he covers most of
his errors and omissions by the not so cunning use of great dollops of
good old fashioned bullshit.

Sooooo, you've had conversations about the sexual orientation of every
show promoter where you've judged, attended, and covered for the
magazines? And if you have, well, each of those promoters has been
entirely open and honest wrt their orientation?

And yet despite that claim you can still state that there was "not one
old gay guy running the show."

What's that word? Gaydar?

Not very liberal at all - I think he should demand a full refund ($79) that
he paid for his degree that he purchased along with 4 box tops of Wonderland
bread.

I wouldnt be surprised if a huge % of homosexuals circled around gyms and BB
contests.
If you are sexually attracted to men, than you might as well be attracted to
something that actually looks good.

Lets face it. Most men, if not 99% look just fucking awfull when they are
around the beach or swimming pool.
I really have a hard time imagining being homosexual and sexually attracted
to a 250 pound fat guy.

No offense to fat people, of course...

Its just that i find it mindblowing that there actually fat homosexuals. How
the hell do they ever get laid?
If you are straight, you can at least afford to be overweight and ugly.

Women still have that maturnal instinct, and they will "take care of you."
Thank God!

You just happened to have that link in one of your folders, eh?

I find this very interesting;

"More recently, a putative 'gene for homosexuality' has been reported. As
with all suchreports, the true role of this gene (if any) in sexuality
remains to be proven. If a true 'gene forhomosexuality' is found, does this
mean we will eventually be able to 'cure' homosexuality and, if so, should
we try?"

Of course !!!

They found a cure !!!

I call on ALL homosexuals to come forward! There is NOTHING wrong with you!
Its just a genetic anomaly, a disease, and we can cure you !!! YES !!!

They only thing scientist should be worried about is find the gene that
causes obesity, so we can cure the fatties too.

Save the planet! Cure those who are homosexual and obese!

But Pete, this is not a disease! There is really nothing (much) wrong with
it.

You don't seem to be aware Oz, that it is only by populating the world
with fat, short, ugly, smelly, queer and other deviant people, that
those of us that are none of these things (and rather attractive too),
manage to emerge successfully and pull all the delectable crumpet!

Have a great weekend mate - you know I intend to!! ;o)
