Ask 100 people about protein powders and you're most likely get 100
different answers. Everyone to each their own tastebuds.
But there are some things you should look for before you buy & try a
product. Remember that the words 'inexpensive' and 'quality' don't
always go together. Check the source of the protein, and its BV
(biological value) as an indicator of its quality. What kind of whey
protein is it - isolate, concentrate, hydrolyzed? Sweetner or other
extras you dont want in it? What's the source of the whey? Whats the
flavor like? How well does it mix? So dont necessarily look for the
cheapest as it may be crap.
The BodyTech brand from your link is 2.2lbs for $12.99 and 17 grams
protein per serving. Doesnt say how many servings you would get but
even if you doubled it, there are way better deals out there. As an
example: you can buy a 6lb container at Costco - ProRated brand - for
under $23 - has 27grams protein per serving (78 servings at under .29
each) http://www.wellements.com/prorated.asp

I've used Pro-Rated for several years. I love it.
