Depends on your goals. If you like to prance around sporting a fake
tan, oiled and semi naked for sugar daddies, this will do:
http://www.mesomorphosis.com/store/b...lics-2006.html

On the other hand, if you are not into beauty contests, itīs *very*
difficult to beat Rippetoe's 'Starting Strength', here:
http://www.amazon.com/Starting-Stren.../dp/0976805405

Best of luck.

Pavel Tsatsouline's "Power To The People!" which focuses on techniques
for increasing strength and includes a simple, two-lift strength
training program. http://www.kbnj.com/ptp.htm for more.

Semi? More like next-to-totally naked.

Do it for the chics!

Go natural at first (at least) with Lou Ravelle's _Bodybuilding for
Everyone_:

aka http://tinyurl.com/y4wnso

Fred Hatfield's _Powerlifting: A Scientific Approach_:
http://www.amazon.com/Powerlifting-S...e=UTF8&s=books
aka http://tinyurl.com/yye38l

I don't really know what you are looking for in a book. You will have
to look to the others for Bodybuilding specific stuff. This one
though covers how to do all the exercises:
http://www.maran.com/weight_training.htm

It is full color and shows pictures of start and finish. There are
color diagrams showing which muscles get worked. A note section what
to do and not to do. And an extra section on how to make it more
difficult. I have used it quite a bit since I started for designing
routines.

You will need other books routines and muscle building specific
information. I just figure knowing how to do the exercises correctly
is a good start.

I am working on it.

The title is going to be "High on Androgens" or "Steroid Supermen."

The "experts" never make their own suggestions. They just say what
shit someone else is suggesting.
