Hey Burr,

I saw in the workout you posted that you do spider pulls.

I gave them a try the other day. I didn't find them very challenging, i
have to say.

I guess you have bigger spiders in the Philippines.

Trick is to get the spiders to stand still while you lift them.

Add more weight, go very slow and do more rep's!
It will build a big back.

Slow/heavy 8-14 rep's. If you can do more then 14 add weight if less then 8
take weight off.

GO SLOW

Did you ever try "pushing" 15 or twenty spiders??
