Lunges are pretty cool. I currently do 3 x 10 for each leg while
holding a 25-pound plate in each hand. Not sure they'll ever replace
leg presses in my workouts, though.

Allow me to also recommend changing between upper and lower case by
manipulating the shift key while typing your posts. Sure to burn a few
