Default Cardio and wieght lifting.


This is my goal. I want to lose some wieght, but, I also want bigger
arms. My arms are the weak spot for me.

Basically, I want to incorporate running so that I can loose some
fat around the mid section and grow my arms.

How can I do both? Is it possible.

Yes. And you already answered your own question: cardio and weightlifting!
There's no magic to it; it's really pretty simple. Running and lifting can
combine to make a great-looking body.

Yes you can do both. Are you doing any other weight lifting or just
working your arms? The key is figuring out how much and when to do
it. How often do you plan to run and is it outdoors or on a
treadmill?
