The suggestions from me were accurate, except for the comment about
getting a .22 rifle.

While I agree with that, (they are cheap to feed and excellent for small
game), it was not me that made that specific suggestion originally.

I do own a good .22. A "survival type" with a chrome barrel and nylon
stock. It's served me well for close to 30 years. I've even shot turkeys
with it. You just have to hit them in the head. ;-)

Oh, and use "stinger" hollowpoints.

Probably. That's why I recorded the advice so specifically in my
journal. Right now it's gobblygook I don't understand and I'm not going
to follow it, but I suspect later I'm going to be able to hear it.

And by then, who knows if you'll be speaking to me? You might be so
demoralized by the election of Teddy Kennedy to the Presidency (with
Hillary Clinton as V.P.) that you'll have gone to ground in your bunker
and I won't be able to get gun advice from you.
