Default Damn

Here we go again:

BP-118/54 P-50 30 minutes after a nice little hard wkout.

The Temp in the gym is about 95f with no fans so lots of sweat. I did three
sets of dead lifts so my legs are tired. Also did a lot of shoulder work.

I'll be ready for my 20 miles on the dike tomorrow, think I'll use the
touring bike one more week then back to the road bike.

Burr

Duh. Come on, Spa! Read for context, you loser. OBVIOUSLY it's a typo.
Burr clearly meant that he plans to go 20 miles on the dYke tomorrow.
Yeesh. Don't ask such stupid questions in the future, okay?

(rolls eyes)

Some people.

Although it IS rather odd that he'd measure such things in miles
rather than time. Hmmm.

I "do it" in the cemetery so if I die after the "Dike Ride" they can just
roll over to the side of the road, have the viewing tomorrow morning and
plant me tomorrow afternoon. Saves time and money!!

Burr

My wife may wonder about the dike crying at the side saying she lost the
best ride she ever had!!

Computer said I averaged about 12mph today. I just ride, sometimes with an
old skinny friend but most of the time by myself. 1.43 miles around the
park, lots of turns.

So now why???
