Default Dark is Best

Good news: Dark chocolate has the highest antioxidant content of any
food. Antioxidants are

food chemicals that have heart-protecting benefits, including increased
HDL (good cholesterol) levels

and reduced LDL (bad cholesterol) levels. And as we all know, chocolate
can be a great mood booster.

Maybe you should redefine your defenition of "anti-oxydant."

Somehow i have the feeling you eat large amounts of chocolate anyway, no
matter what the studies say...

These studies are no doubt a boon to grotesquely obese chocolate lovers
everywhere. When they come up with a palatable cocoa product without the
added sugar, etc. I'll be interested.

Chocolate boosts endorphin levels, as does exercise (and sex). Obviously,
the better way to get a boost is to do the exercise instead of the choco.

I lost 144 lbs. so far mostly relying on exercise, and without any diet
(except eating less in general). I have certainly had my share of chocolate,
but everything can be done in moderation.

for 195)

My personal favorite: Lindt, the 85% cocoa variety. (Publix and few
other grocers sell it.) Put it in the freezer then break off a square
and eat it along with a cup of really good mint green tea. It's
awesome!
