I have just found out about this exercise about months from now.. You
lie on a decline bench, hold a dumbbell at either left or right
hand.. Drop the weight down to the opposite side, meaning you drop it
horizontally into the body drawing the dumbbell into the other delt.
The inner triceps well, and even the horshoe, just take time to be
familiar with this exercise and your triceps would grow certainly.
it's just like the seated dumbbell extensions but with less stress and
less stabilizing muscles on action.
I'd rather have this 16 inch ripped guns than A 20 inch flabby arms..
