Default diet and fluids

in a quest to reduce bodyfat, ive been told to cut back on juices and
soda's....anything with calories that doesnt fill me up....... but what
about milk. should i keep drinking milk or am i better off having a steak
and a bottle of water (to get the protein)

Milk is good. Drink low fat milk if you are concerned about calories.

You can take a mineral supplement and use the calories for something
else, just my opintion.
