Default different brands/types of creatine

For a couple of years I had been using Cyto Sport Fast Twitch as a creatine
supplement. What can I say? It works very well. But the local GNC is
carrying less and less of it because it doesn't sell well, so I did some
research and found a few sites that seemed to say that N.O.-Explode was
either the "best" or most popular. OK, that would explain my GNC has half a
wall of this stuff on display. So I bought some of this, thinking maybe I
was just behind the times.

Does this stuff have CRACK in it? It's speedy as hell, like giving Ritalin
to someone who doesn't need it. Can anyone tell me what's in this stuff
that has that effect? Fast Twitch never came with all these warning labels
about tolerance levels and doctor's approval.

Just curious what the deal is with these different types of creatine
supplement.

The doctor's approval crap is probably just gimmicky marketing.

Caffeine and B vitamins. Just like a Redbull. NO explode contains the
amino acid arginine, which they claim will significantly vasodilate you.
It also contains a whole bunch of gimmicky crap that is a waist of money.
Not to mention the added calories in it. I took it and the only thing it
offered me was the ergogenic aid of the caffeine/b vitamins. Arginine is a
common AA occurring in some almost every kind of food.

If you take creatine go with whichever one offers you the most grams of
creatine for the cheapest price.

Thanks for the advice. Do you have any suggestions regarding high amount of
creatine for reasonable price?

I get Precision on sale at vitamin world for like $20-30 for a 1kg. When
it's on sale it's a great deal. You could probably find similar deals on
sale at GNC as well.
