The primary satellites used to be 'Astra D' and 'Astra C', which sent a
much better signal.
My suggestion with digital now?

No Ken; it's just you. The reason being you're a giro sponging nobody that's

Have you been worryingly obsessive since childhood, or has it been a more
recent development?

Nobody's obsessive unless they deliberately leave their car running at night
so that they can fill up with diesel and "accidentally" snort, err, spill it
on themselves the next morning.

Always hard to say with a 145. They command a premium these days - you
can buy a 156 for less money usually.
What goes against that is that it's a 1.6 - so only 120bhp. The
Cloverleaf goes like fuck, 1.8s are respectable, but I'm not sure about
the 1.6.

Might be perfectly innocent, but I've just noticed something I reckon
no-one will take into account. It's only done 48k miles, with a cambelt
change interval of 72k miles..... however, it's well overdue based on
it's age, plus Alfa have modified their recommendation to 48k mile
changes now.
So, whatever it sells for, you need to add £250-£300 for a service and
cambelt change straight away.

Bad form, but he appears to be a trader, so if anything is wrong with
it, you'd have a good case against him.
If he didn't play ball, I'm sure trading standards and C&E would be very
interested, too.

Fuck, right.
You're right. It's early.
Mind you, if the illiterate fucktard selling it had used some paragraph
breaks, I might actually have bothered reading the text. As it is, I
took one look and couldn't be bothered.

Well, it says 49k miles with the last service at 47582, with the cambelt
done at the same time.
WRT test drives; the auction welcomes test drives before it closes, but
not after. He's a trader; he's probably pissed off with people winning
and then wanting a TD or expecting to haggle.
But then I couldn't be arsed to go all the way down to Crawley to test
drive a car and find I don't like it. I guess stuff like this will turn
up closer to home; there's a '98 145 Cloverleaf on Autotrader, 73k miles
for £1300. Fog lights don't work in true Italian style :P

Then read it again, and pay attention to the words this time
He says no test drives after the car has been won, but you are welcome
to come and have a look see whilst the auction is in progress.

Never mind your suggestion.
Here's mine - how about you give it a rest, eh?
Or to put it another way, do you realise just how much of a cunt the
rest of the usenet community, (or at least those unlucky enough to come
into contact with your bile), considers you to be?
I can assure you that this conclusion is deduced purely from the very
posts you volunteer to usenet yourself, and there comes a point when
even someone as stubborn as yourself should be reflecting on just why
it is so many hostile posts are aimed at them.
Seriously... all you do every time you post yet more rubbish along the
lines of your usual fare, is alienate yet more people, and I'd strongly
suggest you seek help, before 'help' decides to seek out you.
