Default Enough Sleep Equals Productivity

Picture this. You wake up one morning and it's time for you to fix
yourself or else you'll be late. You've barely slept and spent most of
the time staring at the ceiling. You're stressed and you want to get
back to sleep. As a last resort, you take sleeping pills only to find
yourself the next day to be dazed, dizzy and weak at work. You decide
to stop the pills and try to sleep normally but once again find
yourself faced with the same dilemma. Even if you're already tired to
the bone and look like a raccoon with your perennial eye bags, you
still just can't sleep.

You are not alone. In today's fast-paced society, sleep deprivation is
very common. People nowadays seemed to be so tied up with work-
spending many hours at the office. At home, even as they lie down in
bed, getting rest is such a challenge. They can't get their mind of
their work and other matters that float inside their head.

Well, worry no more because we have the best solution for your
problem. We offer it in affordable price. For more information visit
us at http://www.drugstoretm.com/

Actually -- spam aside -- that reminds me:

What's a good sleep aide for bodybuilding (besides sexy young babes)?

People say ZMA helps them sleep (with weird vivid dreams and maybe
some acne)...and this company called Natrol markets pills called "Rest
N Restore" that not only helps you sleep but replenishes glutamine,
too!

That's the third leg of my program that I need to get under...training
is fine, diet is being ever more fine-tuned, but rest and sleep needs
much work....

Warm milk.

And preparing for bed rather than trying to shift gears from
adrenaline-pumping activity to rest at a moment's notice.

Adrenaline, btw, is NOT a sexy young babe's name. ;o)

Although, I guess it works in that context as well. Perhaps better.

Just doesn't work for me anymore.

Well, that's the thing..."preparation" means reading..."reading" means
another hour or so being up...and still I can't sleep until, oh,
anywhere between twelve and three -- despite waking up automatically
at seven-ish nevertheless!

It's a precursor to one, right? Or the SYBIL (Sexy Young Babe In
Love) is to the adrenaline....

BTW, adrenaline is a catabolic protein!!

I never used to worry about sleep or rest, but now that I'm older, I'm
covering all my bases -- it's my last chance ever to get real buff!

I guess I'll try some ZMA and see what happens...if nothing happens,
I'll try some of that Natrol Rest N Restore and see, well, if I fall
asleep (and stay asleep!) and whether the glutamine helps....
