Hi, I am a healthy man with 190lbs. Four years ago I went on the hunger
diet; I maintained 600 to 800 calories a day with no exercise. I also
took many vitamins. I did not feel dizzy, sick, or exhausted for the
two months when I was on it. I did lose 60lbs of fat. But now I have
left my diet and I am gaining my weight quickly. I want to be in normal
weight. Should I start my diet with exercise again? Please suggest me.
