Default Feedback requested on rotator cuff program

I'd be interested in feedback on the following program for rotator cuff
rehabilitation:

http://www.dolfzine.com/page391.htm

Tia.

The thing that helped me... is the following:

Rest... but complete rest is not needed. I took a month off though
from bench pressing.

Also, I don't know if this helped or not, but I don't have rotator cuff
problems anymore (although I don't work out as often as I used to as
well...so no more overuse). Grab a doorknob while your back is facing
the door. Try to keep your upper arm perpendicular to the ground and
your forearm approxmiately at 90 degress to your upper arm. Then,
simply walk forward and stretch your rotator cuff that way.
