I've been trying to front squats into my routine, with limited success.
My main problem is with holding the bar.
If I use an Olympic type grip, I can't seem to get my elbows high enough
without pushing the bar into my neck and choking myself. Also there's quite
a bit of stress on the wrists.
If I use a cossack type grip, the bar is pretty painful on my delts.
Am I missing a trick here? or is it a case of "Butching the Fuck up" and
live with the bruises.
