Yes.
Whenever I hear the phrase "full body workout," I imagine someone going
around their gym, proudly using every machine. That's not how I work
out, but I work out every day and do things involving most of the
muscles on my body, and also the bones, tendons, ligaments, and just
about everything else. Standing overhead presses, windmills and bent
presses, kettlebell swings and snatches, pullups, pistols - that's a
pretty standard day around here, and I have gotten, and continue to get,
stronger as a result.
