| | | Girly Exercises Is there any benefit to the girly exercises? You know the ones I
mean. The girls do the leg scissor things in and out. I mean
besides making a me sweat a little more as I watch them. |

Adductors and abductors. Apparently, weak adductors *can* limit your squat!

Then you better advice them to do the "manly" exercises.
Like squats, deads, and last but not least, bent over rows.
Which will also result in wonderfull legs, glutes and spinals.
Which are a treat for the eye when they are in a certain position.

I do those exercises after 11pm, when the gym is closed.
I am trying to fluff my inner thighs and medial glutes.
And you know what? I perform those exercises in my girlfriends underwear.

That's something of an acrobatic feat if she is wearing them, but it
sounds like fun.
Have a great weekend "fluffman" - you can guarantee that I intend to!

No, he means in performing them. To which the answer is a definite yes -
stronger adductors help her to hold on in the 'driving the peg home'

Which, confusingly, wikipedia calls 'stand and carry': http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stand_and_carry_position
Who's in charge of standard sexual position nomenclature? ISO or the WHO?

But they don't get rid of fat in the upper thighs, which why the
girlies are doing them. |

Yes, correct. They're either toning their thighs or burning of fat.

Ah that explains it. That is the first intelligent thing I have ever

while you looked up their shorts. |
