Default Going back in after 10 years...

Hey everyone!
I used to be active on mfw back in the mid/late 90's, under the
username "Travor." Long story short, I want to get back in the gym and
start hitting it hard. My question is, which supplements (besides
protein) are the most effective these days? I haven't picked up a
fitness/bodybuilding magazine in a long time so I'm completely out of
it.

I appreciate any and all recommendations.

Go slow Miguel, take your time.
It will take 6 months to a year for you to get good and hard again

I recommend water or half and half Gatorade!

Yeah, I was here in the mid/late 90s as well...can't say I remember you
though.

Other than creatine and protein, I don't think there's much else that
creates noticable gains.

Thanks Burr and Lester! Back when I was training, Designer Protein was
really popular as well as creatine. Besides those 2, I was always
taking a multi-vitamin and DHEA caps. I remember a lot of people back
then used to recommend Ultimate Orange too, is it still around?? Bill
Phillips was promoting his EAS/Body For Life program and Muscle Media
2000 changed names to something else (can't remember now).

Lester: do a search for "Travor" and all my old posts will come up. :-)
