I still go 6 days a week. Split routine. No more than 40 minutes a
session and not much socializing. Always start with compound lifts then
mess around with isolated lifts. No cardio. I don't log stuff as a rule
and just carry around in my head the levels that I usually work at and
increase them from time to time in terms of intensity or volume. No 2
weeks are the same.
