| | | HELP! It's 120 degrees outside and about 1% relative humidity!
Would somebody on this international, multi-hemispheric, newsgroup please
email me some cold air and a bit of rain? Thanks.
The dog would appreciate it, too.

I'll see what I can do here from Texas...
We've had enough rain for the year. ;-)

So's my oven, and we Jews aren't real fond of that analogy.
And I'm asking mostly for the dog. A black, muscular, brachicephalic dog
does poorly in the heat. It's 9:00 PM, 103 degrees, and she really wants to
go out and play, but...
On the weekends, I can take her up to the mountains, just a half hour drive,
where, at 9000 to 12,000 feet, it's over 25 degrees cooler, but, right now,
she's depending on you.

Oh, damn.
KING, snag the keys and make that half-hour drive to the mountains by
yourself.

You can have some of it.

My dear chap, England will be glad to send you as much of it as you like!
Don't suppose we could have some of your surplus heat and dryness, though?
Just for the weekends? *One* weekend?

Manila.
There is a storm in the China Sea so we should have a
week of this and it is the start of the rainy season.
I also live in Ridgecrest/Red Mountain ca. it is about
115 no humidity!!!

You've been living in the desert Southwest long enough now to know that you
should take your dog out to play at about 5:00 AM in the summer. It's not
quite that hot in Chaparral, New Mexico this year, but we still like to
avoid the hottest parts of the day and, of course, the rattlers. My Dogo
loves me for it. |

At least Dogos were, in small part, designed for the heat. Staffies,
especially black ones...uh, I mean, African American ones...just absolutely
SUCK in the heat.

The "official" temperature was "only" 116. Lots of places around the valley
were hotter.

I think it's safe to assume he's moved five or six times since last we

That was very nice of you. mfw used to tell me it was the layer of
fat which covered up my obvious flaws.

Hey, Pete, the email was gstyles, I've always been ps, and still am.
I'm hoping to see you next month if you have time. I sent you an
email, but I don't know if you use a legit email address for mfw. I'm
flying in on Thursday the 13th and out again on Sat. the 15th. Maybe
we could get together Th. night, Friday or Saturday since I don't fly
out until the evening of the 15th.

Life in it's own self.
