[Help] Elliptical machine can not change resistance level, stuck at highest level 10

Hello,

First of all, I don't know if this is the right group to post.

I have a proform xp 110 elliptical machine which using magnetical
resistance technique, so very quiet, served me well for couple of
month, then suddenly, I can not change resistance level, the
resistance stucks at I think the highest level, no matter what level
showed on the lcd monitor, the resistance won't change any more,
even if I take out of the battery, the resistance won't change, can
some one point me to the right direction? thanks a lot.
