Default Help For Lower Back Pain

I have been fighting lower back issues for 8+ years. One of my
friends turned me onto this site:

<a href="http://www.guidetobackpainrelief.com">Guide To Back Pain
Relief</a>

and some of the techniques listed in the guide have been working very
well for me. In particular, the foam roller exercises have been very
effictive.

Best of luck to all!

From this site:

Advice which could get some people's lower backs _really_ messed up.
Most people benefit from increasing lower back strength, getting some
but not too much mobility in their lower backs, and working on their hip
flexibility. Hamstring (leg) flexibility isn't as important as once
thought.

There is no "secret" - everyone is different, and taking care of your
bad back requires study, hard work, and regular practice of the right
kinds of movements for you.

The best preventative is simply to remain active, mobile, and strong.

Just my opinion.
