Default HIIT

After the HIIT work-out (assuming you do it correctly), about how many
extra calories do you burn?

Is it just a way to shorten the amount of time spent doing cardio, or
does it actually burn more calories?

Ready for this? HIIT is good because the intense exercise causes you to
create more fat-burning enzymes in your muscles. It turns you into a
"better butter burner." It's not so much how many more calories you
expend but rather the way you change your metabolism at a cellular level.

Okay, go.

It is so reassuring to have this fitness guru back among us and
dispensing invaluable advice to the denizens again.

She may care to improve her input by continuing not to post details of
her intimate bodily functions.

Which explains why long distance runners are so fucking obese.

They have zero of that "enzyme."
