Default how to do high intensity interval workouts with weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc...)

If anyone is interested, here are some great high intensity interval
workouts with weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight). Also,
lots of olympic weightlifting and powerlifting techniques. It's all
high intensity stuff (like what athletes do), so be prepared. These
workouts are NOT easy. You do all functional exercises (full body
exercises -- no isolated body building type stuff). There are several
natural, primary movements that you perform in your daily life. They
can be broken down into 6 patterns: push, pull, squat, deadlift,
rotation and flexion / extension of torso. So, in order for an
exercise to become “functional”, it must incorporate at least one of
the 6 primary movements. Anyway, give it a look: www.maxworkouts.com
