Default How To Write A Balanced Weights Program

Hey everyone,

I thought it might be of use to post this article:
http://www.healthplusarticles.com/ar...s-program.html.

It shows you all the different muscle groups you need to work out in
order to keep your body in proportion.

It also has a lot of other different article on weight lifting here:
http://www.healthplusarticles.com/weightlifting.php.

Hope you find this a useful resource.
