"Repetitions will decrease every 2 weeks in the following order: 15 reps
for 2 weeks - 10 reps for 2 weeks - 5 reps for 2 weeks - then continue
with your 5 rep max for 2 weeks or begin 2 weeks of negatives."
There is some confusion in this group about the final 2 weeks. This does
not say that you repeat the 5 rep week. What it says it what it means.
You do 6 workouts ALL using your 5 rep max (or negatives).
I mean, you can do what you want... I'm just saying, that what it says,
and that's what Bryan Haycock actually meant. And, he explains this on
the site's forum.
