yeah, and eat cornish game hen if it's on the plate in front of you! i
don't think i've ever had stuffed squash.
i'm most comfortable at a bf% of 10-12. i came down to 7% one
time...maybe lower after my cross country days... |

Except for the rice, it's all low carb... ;-)
And reasonably low fat too.
The marinade was Italian salad dressing.

That plate lasted me 2 meals..... I'm still a bit up there in BF% but
I'm too old to worry about being buff anymore. Just want to stay in
reasonably good shape.

poster opinions seems to be that only beginners can lose weight and
gain muscle at the same time... after that to eat more and lift hard to
build muscle for a while and then diet and cardio more to get rid of
weight by fat for a while and start again... |

No, after that is different, because you won't have that excess fat
anymore, so to "lose and gain at the same time" is no longer an issue.
It might be more optimal to bulk and cut, but it is not necessary. |
