Absolutely untrue. I understand avoiding breath holding if your doctor
says you must avoid it, but otherwise, it is _key_ to strength. Indeed,
understanding the role of breath in both strength and relaxation is a
cornerstone of mastering one's own body. And as it concerns strength,
it is not about breath holding per se but rather about increasing
intra-abdominal pressure which can be accomplished by breath holding as
well as a variety of related way like hissing and grunting at
appropriate times during a lift.

enough to Google.

I was informed by a grade schooler today that if you're over 35 and
not married then you're gay.

....

?!

I did not know that. And, yeah, safe to say I disagree. The
conversation was steered to Barney the Purple Dinosaur immediately,
btw.

It's true.

And you call yourself a teacher. I thought everyone knew that.

Barney is a bi-sexual pedophile. That's why his under-aged sidekicks
are called "B.J." and "Baby Bop." Apparently this type of behavior is
typical of big purple dinosaurs. In fact, it is believed by some that a
predilection for under-aged sexual partners contributed to the near
total extinction of the dinosaurs.

That seems like an awfully adult conversation to have with a grade
school aged child. Are you sure that your conversation was age
appropriate?
