Does anyone know some healthy and fast ways to pack on muscle? No
supplements or drugs just good old-fashioned weight training. Thanks

How about some good old-fashioned weight training?

Stick with heavy exercises which work multiple muscles at once like
deadlift, squats, and rows. Don't waste your time with light stuff
like lateral shoulder raises. Eat some whey powder before or after
working out. Eat throughout the day making sure you get enough
protein and calories. Drink plenty of water and get enough sleep.

It may sound simple but that is because it is.

I strongly recommend good old fashioned weight training.

Without supplements or drugs.

Eat healthy foods.

Ignore this man's advice - he's sleep-posting.

Rather, take up good old fashioned weight training. Without supplements or
drugs. Eat healthy foods - in large quantities.

I don't know what others might suggest, but I'd try good old-fashioned
weight training.

Listen to this man. He obviously has some good ideas.

You won't "pack on muscle" unless you gain weight. Eat like a horse and
weigh yourself regularly. Lift weights regularly. You can't pack on 15
pounds of muscle unless you actually pack on 15 pounds. Once you learn how
to eat enough to gain weight, you'll no longer be a "hardgainer".

This kinda reminds me of an episode from Spitting Image, were Mick Jagger
walks up to Keith Richards to hell him that he actually died several years
ago...
