Don't ever let a pro bodybuilder hear you say that he is not trying to get
better. :-) Even the biggest guys think that they need to gain muscle. These
guys train their asses off. Have you seen the videos of Ronnie Coleman doing
800 lb squats and deads close to a contest?

He will be able to make a good deal of changes by just adding weight,
changing intensity etc. We also have to remember that everyone reacts to
training and diet differently, so while this routine may work incredibly
well for this guy, it may not do a thing for someone else.
