Default Just a lil Inspiration for you guys

I used to be the really obese and I lacked a lot of self-esteem.

When I started bodybuilding, I had no one guide me through, I had no
friends and no gym partners. I was all on my own, so to speak. I used
to simply look up simple stuff by googling things in, checking out
forms, groups etc etc. I didn't buy into supplements because they were
pricey for me and I didn't think it was nessecary since I ate tons of
freakin tuna. I was a tuna freak.

What really helped me though was concentrating on being strong first!
I didn't care about building muscles because they only reason I did
bodybuilding was to actaully find a hobby and make friends. I didn't
do it for chicks or any of that stuff.

This what really helped me, their are some great tips over here that
also helped me a lot http://bodybuildingtipsblog.blogspot.com/ check
it out if you want

Anyways, I want to hear from you guys. What can you contribute to your
success?

I rarely click on posts advertising an outside link, even rarer I
respond, but you seem to make sense. I hope you will get what you want
from lifting, and I believe that it can help you with your goal too.
Good luck.
