Funny schtufff.
But, unlike Luoma, I enjoyed spending hour upon hour in my back yard
lifting weights, at the rec center lifting weights, and at the gyms
lifting weights (Lancaster Health Spa, Club Phoenix, Atlus Gym,
Fitness America, Tim's Gym, Gold's, and, yes, even Planet Fitness,
plus ones I've forgotten) through the years and don't want to ax Joe
Weider in the chest for promoting six-day-a-week, three-hour marathon
training. Kept me off the street, off the weed, and off the booze. God
