I bought a couple of kettlestack handles. They work pretty good.

Agreed - first choice for a kb substitute, work great for swings, can not
work for some people for movements in which the "bell" rests on the forearm,
e.g., I had one and it worked fine on my left side but not my right, and my
wife couldn't use it on either arm, all just due to the way the edges of the
plates hit the bones in the forearm.

I haven't spent enough quality time with kettlebells to be an expert
on them compared to many of the other readers here, but nowadays,
quite a few manufacturers make olympic plates with "handles"--holes
just inside the rim that you can put your fingers through. I suspect
you'd have a hard time finding ones bigger than 45 pounds, but you
can find those at local sporting goods and warehouse/discount stores.

Tryg, DUDE! Wow, all the old timers (emphasis on old) seem to
wandering back.

Well, at least the ones not in prison.

Good to see ya', stick around, maybe more will show up

Yep, I'm hard to get rid of...for long, anyway. But, then
often enough, that's all part of my job.

They don't have net access in prisons these days?

Thanks!

Seriously. I recall Trygve postings in various groups clear back to the 1980s...

Isn't he Australian? Technically, isn't Australia one big prison, sort of like Manhattan Island
in "Escape from New York"?
