I woke up this morning and found a huge knot on my right bicep.. I pressed
on it and it disappeared. I've been working my biceps a lot more lately, but
why would there be a knot??? No, I'm not shooting up with stuff in my bicep.

I had this experience in my left biceps about 6 weeks ago. Wonder if it fell
of the distal tendon?
