First week back, Monday I did good in the gym and felt good, Tuesday I could
have rode for ever and just keep going.
BUT Wednesday I didn't do good, I walked out of the gym feeling like I had
shorted myself, I did everything on the list but I didn't put on all the
weight and do all the rep's. I cheated "my way that day" and I knew it.
Thursdays I only rode 10 miles, forgot my water bottle and did a half ass
job. I knew it.
Today Friday I did good, I put the weight on and did the rep's. I felt good
about myself and with myself and I'll try to ride the 20 miles tomorrow with
a smile on my face.
Some days are diamonds and some days are stones. Today I had to use wrist
strips, it just hurt my hands to "hang" on to the weights.
