Is it true that kevin levrone would return at the Mr O? He said his
weight right now is 195 pounds and planning to up his weight to 245
which was his competition weight on stage, well, if this would be
true , f***** freak he is would win something like this, (but perhaps
if he could give his back more time in the gym, the nperhaps he would
win). . I've been reading some flex mags and kevin levrone's advices
doesnt have much sense at all, well, maybe i'd rather blame the ghost
writers for this lol..

The only difference about lifting weight and not lifting is..
the pump.. hehe nah... We all pump..

and what he wanted to call proportion. I was NEVER the biggest guy, but my
