The are many websute, books, and magazines that share information on
the proper way to lift. Muscle magazine and Flex magazine are the best
in my opinion. Check out www.bodybuilding.com for some tips.

But what's puzzling is why the traps are the "primary muscles" under
Shoulders -> Dumbell Shoulder Press.

Come on, aren't you getting it all wrong more often then one would get
by picking sites on random?

I think of Joanne as an "Internet Librarian":
She is a female.
She is confident and cute (or so I'd like to think).
She knows how to find a book on the shelf.

But if I'd like to get an answer to a question I would rather listen
to a real prof in the classroom next to the library building.

If we're going to use those metaphors, should we start calling Curt
"Captain Card Catalog"?

I think of Curt as the Abs Diet Man, and for that he may have no other
choice but to correct my misspellings including (but not limited to)
"more often thAn" and "AT random".
