I've been running around 20 or more miles a week. The weird thing is,
my pants fit looser, my face looks like it has lost weight, my stomach
is flatter, my rings fit looser and everyone says it looks like I have
lost weight. But my scale says I weigh exactly the same. Could I be
losing fat and not losing weight? I can understand how my pants fit
better because my legs have toned up from jogging, but how could I be
looking thinner everywhere else and not have lost a single pound?
