Default Mariusz's workout.

Legs.

Shoulders.

Mariusz's workout is at the beginning. I'm not sure what is later, but
it looked like some infomertials with no-nonsense weight training
advice.

In the first vid Mariusz is doing ascending pyramids on squats and leg
press. Squats for low reps, leg press for 10 rep sets. He finishes at
310 kg unspoted raw squat and whatever it took to kill his legs on leg
press machine. In the second vid he does behind the neck jerks up to
200kg and sets of 10 reps up to 56 kg dumbbell shoulder press. Also
ascending pyramids. He's not sure how far he can go with specific
exercise before he does it. He trains instinctively, in this respect.

Default Re: Mariusz's workout.

What's incredible about that guy is that he is so super-chiseled, almost
like a bodybuilder.]
Unusual for really strong guys, as the show itself shows.
Magnussen was pretty chiseled, early on, I believe, and super-tall.
But Maiusz is just outtasight.
