So maybe he could use a bit of editing, but I'm guessing he's as "for
real" as you are, 'bert.

Many men and women prefer "a models like body shape" as the OP
inquires about. Broad shoulders and lean muscles. It's safe to assume
he wants a cover boy's physique when he mentions "not fat ones" or
what - was it Freides? - some have called "fluffy" muscles.

To Reader: Try a three days plan - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - of:

Seated dumbbell presses 4 x 12 - 15 reps
Dumbbell laterals 4 x 12 - 15 reps
Bent-over DB laterals 4 x 12 - 15 reps
DB or barbell curls 4 x 12 - 15 reps
Pulldowns 4 x 12 -15 reps
Rows 4 x 12 - 15 reps
Bench press 4 x 12 - 15 reps
Close-grip benches 4 x 12 - 15 reps

Best of luck.

Curt knows NOTHING about weight training, diet or anything related to it, so
I would ignore anything he has to say. He is nothing but an out of shape
troll whom has never been in shape in his life.

Robert, the guy only said "Thanks Curt."

BUT...i know how you feel. That titty guy is thanking Curt as well, despite
the fact that i gave him a shitload of information about the anti-estrogens.

Which he will regret tommorow.
