Default muscle mass

The one most important thing you can do to dramatically slow down the
aging process, is muscle mass.It controlls your metabolism and more
importantly creates ANABOLIC hormonal mesages to the brain. Remember
survival of the fittest, your brain does not know your in the gym
working out it thinks your trying to escape from some predator. For
more info please check out the website and trailor of the new living
proof DVD. .www.overthehillfitness.com Thank you

Are there hungry lions or crocodiles in your gym? Where exactly do you
train?

Wait. That's not what you meant. Disregard! Please, excuse me, I was
attempting to reverse the aging process by imagining that I was trying
to escape from some predator.
