You're welcome, Greg, but there's at least one who would disagree on
your signal-to-noise assessment. ;o)

Klaxons are sounding as my MLM security alarm has been activated, Greg.
Even if it's not MLM, the first thing I do when looking at supplements
is to do a cost-per-gram analysis. I mean, sure, quality is more
important than cost, but, hey, I'm paying for this schtufff.
Advocare's one product is their Spark Energy Drink. At $19.95 for 14
packets, that's about a buck forty-three per packet. But each packet
only contains 15 grams of that product! Do the math. That's 210 grams
of product for twenty bucks. Okay, nearly. That's about ten cents per
gram.
My big bucket of Vitargo costs a mere four cents per gram. Okay, okay,
they're totally different products, but, hey, I think it's all placebo
so even if it's NOT all the same, well, it's all the same and,
therefore, I'd like my waste-of-money to be cost effective.
Ahem.
My vitamins cost me about ten bucks for 200 servings and a serving of
Body Fortress amino acids (another ten bucks for 60 servings) added to
my multi-vitamin and mineral will just about equal a serving of
Advocare's Spark. Doing a bit more math, that's about twenty bucks for
14 servings versus that same twenty bucks for at least 60 servings of
the amino-vitamin combination I have on hand already. Could Advocare's
product be that much more effective and energizing? Maybe. But for the
price, I'll never know.

Hey, I totally agree with you on there being, seemingly, a ton of
conflicting information about nutrition out there. And, well, although
I won't be purchasing any Advocare products, I'm certainly glad to read
about your success with their supplements and wish you continued good
workouts, Greg.
