Well thanks guys,
Thanks to all your advice and suggestions, I finally got up the
gumption to go to the gym, pick up my membership, get dressed, and do
a light workout.
All I did was 25 minutes of bicycling on "Level 6",
10 reps of 50lbs each on the machines for
abs
biceps
triceps
back
quads
hamstrings
and then 25 more minutes on a bike at "Level 6".
I was so exhausted that I fell asleep as soon as I got home. Then I
ate a big bowl of spaghetti and went back to sleep. I am sore
today!
BUT I plan to go back on Saturday and do it all all over again.
Thanks, should I buy "protein powder" or anything like that? Any
other suggestions for someone just starting out?
p.s. is it normal to be sleepy for like 24 hrs. after a workout?
