Default my prgress

Thought i'd post my progress from changing my routine for past month.

Quick background - been doing weights, cardio for years now, with no
clear thoughts on what i want to do, slacking off sessions, trying a
billion different things, not eating right bla bla bla.. so the weight
has slowly crept on until i got a shock when i stepped onto a bmi /
fat scale and was at 97kg 33 bmi with a 27% fat index.

So past month, chucked out eating fast foods (apart from a treat meal
every other week) cut the booze down to below the recommended weekly
unit (21 - it was double that) cut back on training from 5 days to 3
days, and started to take a protein supplment 1st thing in morning

So have been taking fat/bmi readings every week, the same time, same
day of the week, and my latest shows that even though my weight is
around the same, ive dropped the bmi to 30 and the fat index to 23.7%
im quite pleased with myself even though i feel that my gym work is
taking less effort as im in and out in 55mins. And i simply just feel
a whole lot better.

I didnt really understand that what you weigh isnt the be all and end
all

Have a good day all.

It is cool that you are making changes to your diet and training, but if you
really want results, you are going to have to grow some balls and step up to
the plate. Just cutting back in your alcohol and fast food is not going to
cut it. You don't get results unless you work your ass off. Good luck.
