Default Need help with a three day program

I had previously been alloted Monday through Friday for training time.
I've been doing an upper body workout on Monday and Thursday, and a
lower body workout on Tuesday and Friday with Wednesday and the
weekend off. I just lost another day that I can train due to work and
personal obligations. I can now only train Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday. Being that I have split my body training in half, I'm not
sure how to work something that is logical into only three days. I
don't want to break the workouts down further, like into three
sections, because I find I don't do as well training each bodypart
only once a week. Any suggestions would be great to help me through
this scheduling bind.

Monday - upper body
Wednesday - lower body
Friday - upper body
Monday - lower body
Wednesday - upper body
Friday - lower body
Repeat ...

Whats so difficult about that?
However, depending on what your goals are, three days a week of
exercise isnt much. Weekends? Walking daily? Recreational sports? You
work too much and or have too many 'personal obligations' if you cant
fit in at least one hour of daily exercise. Maybe its time for a
lifestyle change reality check.

I want one of those! Where can I get one? I'm in the States at the end of
March, will I be able to buy one to take home with me?

Just stick with the two day workout and keep alternating your upper
and lower. Each week you will only get two of one workout and one of
the other. You can split the two days over three but it is going to
get messy. I have done that before but I had a few additional
factors. I wanted to cut down my daily time and I had a few exercise
I was doing once per week.

I remember that "little incident" when a 747 from the KLM (Royal Dutch
Airlines) was allready more than halfway the Atlantic, and then got in
contact with US authorities. I believe either the CIA or FBI found out that
someone with a *suspicious name* was on that flight. Mohammed or something.
Or Mustafa, something like that.

So they send the plain back. And rightfully so.
